Greg Kerwick, founder of Beacon Hill Growth Advisors, Inc., brings over 30 years of leadership experience in financial services, including two decades as a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan’s Payments and Treasury Services business. A seasoned payments and sales executive, Greg is known for driving revenue growth, fostering innovation, and delivering operational excellence for fintech, middle market, and large corporate clients.

Most recently, as Managing Director and Head of Client Solutioning, Advisory, Commercialization, and Client Analytics at J.P. Morgan, Greg led a national team of experts driving new business sales across Payables, Receivables, Commercial Card, and Digital products. With a proven track record in scaling revenues and building high-performing teams, Greg has also spearheaded go-to-market strategies, commercialized innovative products, and cultivated impactful B2B fintech partnerships.

An expert in working capital optimization, client advisory, and sales readiness, Greg is a trusted advisor to the c-suite at top-tier clients, frequent industry speaker, and dedicated mentor.

He holds an MBA in Marketing from NYU and a BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University. Greg is married with four sons and has held board roles with organizations focused on homelessness and community engagement.
